Community means everything to us.

We frequently host fundraising events in our home base of Brooklyn, New York and have designed goods in support of organizations in need. Since 2016, we have raised upwards of 50K for organizations like She Should Run, Planned Parenthood, National Network of Abortion Funds, and City Harvest.

Sign up for our mailing list to be invited to future events! Here are a few of the events we’ve hosted in the past…

Skin Contact Benefit DJ Nights

Since 2023, our Director of Production, Amanda (DJ Disco Manderz), and L&V founder, Meg, have been DJing together, donating their earnings to charity. Their shared love of soul, funk, and disco at the core, they have been spinning records at favorite Brooklyn bars like Mama Tried and Bar Meridian where they curated a jukebox selection of 45s. You can find some of their set playlists here.

My Body, My Choice. Your Cocktail.

We packed the house for a fundraiser with our friends at No. 7 Restaurant and True Love Always for National Network of Abortion Funds, and raised over 10K! Photos by Jason Roth.

 Ladies’ Negroni Party

Over 50 women ate and drank at my neighborhood favorite, Krupa Grocery with all proceeds from the night raising money for City Harvest, an organization that reallocates food from supermarkets and restaurants to the hungry. Photos by Jason Roth.

 Women & Whiskies

In 2016, we hosted our first party with Women & Whiskies at Tuffet in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We were fortunate enough to collaborate with a group of very talented women: Madeline Popelka, Natalie Jacob who wrote the cocktail list, photographer Amber Gress, and Pola of Rosehip Floral.

Sound Unseen

Sound Unseen is a very special film festival that showcases music films. In 2024, they celebrated their 25th Anniversary, and Love & Victory was thrilled to do a little pro bono project of anniversary branding and merch to celebrate. We designed a special silkscreen poster that was printed by the amazing Kayrock Screenprinting in Brooklyn and t-shirts printed by Dogwig Printing.

Protect Artists’ Voices Shirts for Shahzia Sikander

In 2024, a sculpture by the artist Shahzia Sikander ("Witness" which is an allegory of women and justice) was censored. After installation at the University of Houston, the work was protested by one of Texas' largest anti-abortion lobbies. As a result of the protest, the University cancelled Sikander's exhibition opening event and related talks. In response, we worked with the artist on this fundraiser to benefit Planned Parenthood of Greater NY. 100% of the profits were donated. We were able to accomplish this with the generous donations of time by Pace Gallery's Rachel Gladfelter, discounted printing by Dogwig Printing, and donated photography by Jason Roth Photography. Love & Victory donated design time for the shirts and website and fulfillment services.
