 How quickly will I receive my order?

In-stock items ship in 1-3 business days. For custom items, please see individual product pages for specific details.

How will my order ship?

We offer UPS Ground or USPS options for domestic shipments. When selecting USPS, keep in mind that orders under one pound will be shipped via First Class Mail while anything over a pound will ship Priority Mail. If you need something by a certain date, please feel free to email us at info@loveandvictory.com.

For international customers we offer UPS Expedited and USPS shipping options. Orders usually arrive within a week of shipping.

For all orders, we will send you tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped. 

Who is responsible for customs fees?

You are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges associated with shipping your order. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns of custom items. For all other products, we are happy to issue a refund less shipping for any unused merchandise returned within 14 days of its receipt. Please email us if you'd like to return an item.
