In thinking how much we LOVE a mango + Chamoy combination — as a paleta popsicle, a slushy Mangonada, or a chewy dried fruit snack — we went ahead and married those flavors with a Michelada, a spicy beer-based cocktail we’re all big fans of in the studio. Channel your inner adventurous spirit of the season, because this Mango Michelada is fiery enough to get you through these final dog days of summer.

Leo Season:
Mango Michelada

1 Mexican lager
2 oz mango juice
2 oz tomato juice
6-12 dashes Cholulua to taste
1-2 pinches Tajín, to taste
squeeze of lime, to taste

Combine mango juice, tomato juice, lime juice, hot sauce, and Tajín in a small pitcher or glass and set aside. Rim a pint glass with Tajín and fill with ice. Add juice mixture to pint glass to 1/3 full and top with Mexican lager. Garnish with Tajín dipped mango and a lime wedge. Top off your Michelada as you drink with the remaining mixture. Enjoy!
