In honor of you, we have not one Negroni but two. Trade out your classic for something a little lighter and more herbaceous. This White Negroni is the perfect slow sipper for summer, which is finally nearly upon us. We predict you’ll be mixing these up well into fall.
Gemini Season:
Classic Negroni
1 oz gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz Campari
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an orange twist.
White Negroni
1 oz gin
1 oz blanc vermouth
1 oz Suze
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
