We think these limited edition Cherry Rose Bitters from Bitters Lab — made with tart Utah cherries and dried rose petals — compliment a Singapore Sling perfectly, but if you don’t have them, any old cherry bitters you have on hand will do!

Singapore Sling
with Bitters Lab’s Cherry Rose Bitters

1 1/2 oz gin

1/2 oz cherry brandy

1/4 oz Benedictine

1/4 oz triple sec

1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 bar spoon grenadine

1 dash Bitters Lab Cherry Rose Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple slice and a brandied cherry. Cheers!
